24TH WORLD ENERGY CONGRESS ABU DHABI 2019 WELCOME MESSAGE FROM THE HOST In September 2019, over 15,000 international energy stakeholders are expected to come together in Abu Dhabi for the 24th World Energy Congress, which will be held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates. Under the theme  Energy for Prosperity , the Congress will be a global leadership forum that defines the strategy for a collaborative, sustainable and innovative energy future that enables societal, commercial and community prosperity.
